Hi everyone, I am trying to make network, which have some dots, dot and dot will be connected by line, and it is a 3d environment, the expected outcome is like this:

so I am making a test, I use the circle and beam, the beam's start point and end point is gonna link with the circle, so when I move the circle, the line will be move together, but I find that, if I turn the circle to 3D, the beam will not be able to follow, it maintains as 2d as well. I am wondering how I could fix it? any expression could help? thanks so much for help.

here is the picture for my setting:
