Pertaining to 3d integration between AE CC and C4D Lite (I haven't found anything about this on the threads so far, but please point me in the right direction if it exists).
I did a test recording from a consumer camcorder and camera tracked with the built in Camera Tracker in AE CC, it did a decent enough track (about .7 pixels variance, so tolerable to me). I chose a ground plane and origin that seemed consistent with the floor in the video, but in C4D Lite it comes in slightly rotated, and in rendering it, the test image (a hot air balloon) is drifting instead of staying put. A strictly AE CC 3d layer from after effects stays in place.
Here's the test footage:
Does anyone know what could be the cause? My suspicion is the ground plane, and I've always had a hard time with those.
