Hi

Does anybody know a plugin like this for Windows?

Thanks in advance!

Martin, I whipped up an AEP to do exactly this a few years ago.

I just made a quick entry on non-linear scaling on my blog [link]; you can also download the AEP here from the COW [link]

You're welcome. In the project file above, I used a couple of expression-driven gradients and the displacement map effect to push the edges of the 4:3 frame all the way out to the boundaries of the 16:9 frame, while progressively stretching the pixels closer to the center less and less. You could also use the Mesh Warp effect, but this must be tweaked by hand, and isn't controllable by sliders and expressions the way the displacement map solution I offered is.
