Or maybe I am?

I have a somewhat of a complicated composition.
Lot of 3d from element and precomps and what not,
When I had set up my scene I started lighting it, one thing at a time.
Everything looked fine, but when i finished setting the last light, I zoomed out and none of the light where lit???
I tried different things like shutting them of one by one. (doesn't ever seem to work) changing each light settings intensities and so on, but nothing seems to work.
One thing i tried was to delete all but one light, and it came back. I can randomly delete all light but one and it will become active.
This is not what I want...

Please, if anyone could help i would greatly appreciate it.

Is this just an issue with Element 3D layers? If so, I'd say that the issue is with Element 3D not being able to handle multiple lights.

I tried to delete all Element layers and just having my normal layers active with accept lights on, but nothing happens.
I've updated my Nvidia driver as well as AE but nothing seems to be working.
Could it be that AE have a limitation to the numbers of lights in a scene?

I will gladly answer all of the questions, but first:
I tried to recreate the lights (some of them at least)and it works fine now.
I made a copy of the timeline and the old version still doesn't work.
I'll recreate all of the lights now and see if it will work.

Ok i managed to recreate 8 ligths and when I create number nine all lights go off.
I tried to work in 8bpc 16 bpc and 32 bpc, and I tried to lower all lights to 100 intensity, and disabled the falloff, but nothing helps...
Unfortunately my timezone tells me that I have to go to sleep now.
I have a similar computer at my office and will try to open the project there, first thing tomorrow.
This is due wednesday so hopefully I will solve it before my boss explode...

Please answer the basic questions, starting with what version of After Effects you're using (but answer all in the list I linked to). For all we know, you're using an old version of After Effects and the OpenGL renderer.

First of all, thank you for trying to assist me.
I posted my problem at Elements forum as well and someone told me that Element has a limitation of approximately 8 lights pr. scene.
So i will do a work around and probably not use Element for that kind of job in the future...
