Matching footage from 2 cameras using color chart

I have 2 video cameras that are different models that I need to match the colors. I have a color chart like this image colorchart.jpg

I would like to know the easiest way to match the colors using After Effects. Is there some kind of "automatic" way by selecting the colors on the chart and typing in the values of the 1st camera to match the 2nd camera?
