Changing shape mask

Need some expert advice as to the best method of approaching this masking problem where the mask changes shape as the shot changes perspective.

In the following low res render I need to separate the building from the sky but the building changes perspective as the camera pans down.

Can this be done all within AE, or do I need some 3rd party masking tool?
The original is 4K.
Thanks for any tips or suggestions.

Hi Jim

--------------- if you are simply changing the sky then I reckon its worth trying a luma key / chroma key which I reckon will do most of it then you will just need to fiddle with the left hand corner a bit.....

Have you tried animating the mask shape?

The shot doesn't look to difficult to rotoscope in After Effects.

Or use Mocha, see:http://library.creativecow.net/devis_andrew/AE_Rotoscoping-Mocha/1

Thanks! As a first step will try keying. If that doesn't do the trick will give rotoscoping a try!
