Power Supply: 480W

On A Budget - and Only Doing 3-6 min videos....

Will this run alright

I'd consider dropping the 32 GB SSD for now -- that's pretty small -- and replacing it with a second mechanical hard drive so you can have a bit more capacity. Use the first drive for your system and apps, and use the second drive for media.

I think you'll be a lot happier with 24 GB of RAM than with 12 GB. If you want to really exploit your 6-core processor via multiprocessing in Ae, you'll need more RAM.

I say more RAM and storage now, better GPU later. Put the OS on the SSD and use the 1 TB mechanical HDD for media & project files.

The bottleneck in this machine will always be the AMD CPU. The FX-6100 offers good value (performance/price), but relatively poor absolute performance.
