Does it have to be on-site?
Remote support (e.g. via Teamviewer) might be a better solution as might take a few tweaks to achieve a good balance. First you check the settings and if they already look good, monitor CPU, memory and GPU usage. If anything is out of whack, go back and adjust, and so on. Knowing your system configuration and monitoring system load are keys to get the settings right.
