Mocha AE CS6 - Do I need to Separate Fields and Remove Pulldown for footage shot 1080i 24PA (HVX200)?

I have footage shot on a Panasonic HVX200 at 1080i 24PA and imported into After Effects CS6, and now I want to track it in Mocha...

I did try to remove pulldown, and Separate Fields, but got some weird looking footage in Mocha, so I'm just curious, what exactly I should set these to for best performance...

Thanks all!
Aza

Don't separate the fields. Once you remove the pulldown properly in the Interpret Footage settings, you have a complete frame and fields no longer count. Set the field order to none.

So am I supposed to remove pulldown and separate fields in After Effects CS6 first?

Wait, something's confused here: I thought you HAD used AE for this.

Perhaps you ought to go through what you did, step by step. Name the software you used to do it.

It's easy to screw up pulldown removal, especially if more than piece of software is involved.
