I've shot a sequence on an overcast day which is great for exposure but not so wonderful for the climber with great blonde tresses. So, is there a way to fix this in ae?

Tkx!

Yes, it shows up, but you'll be hard pressed to make the hair shine, and not lose the reality of the shot, unless you do some real trickery with the lighting in the scene - right now, it's painfully clear that this was shot on a cloudy day. The lighting is barely directional, and could have been shot in a studio with soft lights. You might be able to warm up the shot, then add a couple of sun patches on the rocks, as if it were a partly cloudy day, then of course you'll have to add shadows as well to match the sun angle, which looks to be to the left, over the climber's shoulder. It's going to be tough to pull off, and not lose reality, and it also will depend on how much camera, and hair, movement is going on. Good luck...

what i did was simply raise the natural input black,hue/sat and lumin protect. no roto, no masks. If you want more control, you'll need them.
