Hello !!

I'm trying to get an effect on 3D letters.
A picture would be more effective to explain what I'm looking for.

Basically, I would like to get white letters with black edges.

I've tried to use the Stroke option in the text tool, but It doesn't work when the layer is in 3D

I've looked at dozens of tutorials and articles but I can't find how to do that.

Thanks for your help!!

You need to open up the geometry options and choose a bevel style. Select black from your stroke color to and the bevel will use that color. A thin bevel should get you the look you are after. Here's a quick example project I made to demonstrate the technique:
