Looking for quick software for color effects

Can't find the right forum to post this topic.
I'm looking for a quick and easy program to add a preset color effect (like retro look, vintage look, etc) to a video. Anybody? Please let me know if the program you mention is free or not so then I know the costs.

Ciao,
Timo

Magic Bullet Looks is the king of the hill for that. It's easy, it's quick, and it's not free. They do have a Quick Looks version that lets you try out some of the presets:

That might do the job for you.

As Joe mentions, Magic Bullet isn't free. However, you don't really say how you want to use this color grading software.

Would you use it in a video editing system?
Do you want to apply it to existing, completed video project as a standalone program?
Do you want to use it in After Effects, in which case you might as well take an hour or so to play with Color Finesse?
Do you want to use it in a different effects and compositing application?

And since you'd want it for free, are you willing to put up with less-than-ideal results?

There are a many options, but you want so many options that we don't have the time nor the encyclopedic knowledge needed to list them all.

Magic Bullet can do the job, however, there is a free Colorista version from Red Giant and tons of tutorials on how to achieve various looks. You can use the plugins that come with AE and Colorista free to create your own presets with no extra cost.

Magic Bullet looks is good, or there is red giant mojo ($49 i think). A good free alternative is DaVinci Resolve Lite - you can achieve some really good grades with this.
