Changing eye colours

Does anyone know to change an actors eye colour? Going to do it twice but different; both times it doesn't ladt more then a few seconds. The first time, I want to change all of the actors eye colour, including the whites (just making it one solid colour before changing it back to normal). The second time, it's just the actual colour of the actors eyes that change.

Easiest way: contact lenses.

But, with After Effects, the task breaks down into two main steps:
- Create a matte that defines just the eyes.
- Use the matte to limit the area of influence for color adjustment effect(s).

I show a couple of ways to tackle this sort of selective application of effects in these videos:

In those videos, I'm limiting effects to an actor's face; the idea is the same for just eyes, of course.
