I am new to CS6 ive made a composition that used the rotobrush tool to hide text behind an object revealing it as the camera moves. The text is motion tracked as well it looks great when I look at the composition but while rendering it shows my text over the object it is supposed to be behind. I have not let it fully render out yet as it says it will take 2.5 hrs is this something that I will only see on the render or something that once rendered will look as it does in the composition viewer? Do i need to change a setting? I dont get it and i have found nothing on the internet about it. Please help thanks!

I assume all this is in 3D layers. If so, it sounds like your layers are probably not set up correctly in z-space. You may also have 3D and 2D layers mixed in the comp, which causes problems.

I believe that Rotobrush is not working for the whole clip. See the Image below:

Drag the area that I have highlighted in red box till where you want Rotobrush to do it work.

It may solve the problem.
