Using the link to track on "none" would be useful technique for the ground plane in the lower front. You will also need to track 2 other surfaces portion of trees in background or sky) as for a large parallax camera move, mocha's camera solve requires 2-3 tracked surfaces.
The methodology is to track each surface well, then verify that the track is good by looking at the grid in mocha. You may have to track, stop, back a few frames, move the shape, re-track to get the background areas.
Once you have the 3 surfaces tracked, select all, make sure your solver is set to large parallax, then solve.
Awesome. Yes, thank you. I had been searching through those videos intensely, but I didn't know I needed to focus on the camera solver.
I'll see where it gets me.
If I'm placing an alpha channel video into after effects after I camera solve, do I still make a null object, paste in the data from mocha and then make that null object the parent of my C4D alpha text vid?
