At my company we presently have 20ftx30ft green screen fabric with grommets along all four edges spaced about 18" apart.

We prefer to use it in a corner with the floor and two walls covered by the screen. Because the fabric is a rectangle we end up with a fold near the corner.

I'm looking for a green screen fabric that is cut and sewn in such a way that it can be hung in a corner without any folds. Does something like this exist?

Thanks, Matt

Usually this kind of setup (infinity wall - common for white background) is built using drywall that can be curved between the walls and floor and the walls themselves at the corner. Chroma paint is used to cover the structure.

Here's an interesting video "how-to". If you can get past the presentation factor, which may require several views of the video, this is one of the most comprehensive and clear videos on how to accomplish the 'cove' portion of the wall corner.
