I'm having this issue where the edge of my layers are not lining up to the exact frame line. They are in between frames in my comp. The keyframes line up, but the layer edges don't. I thought it was a frame rate issue in my other comps but they all match. Previously, those comps that aren't lining up were 25fps and not 29.97fps. I want them on the frame edges. Is there a setting or something I'm not seeing?

Unless you've been fooling around with the time display units settings, it's a frame rate mismatch between the footage and the comp.

Since you don't actually write about your currently-used frame rates -- or whether you've double-checked them -- you'll be on your own to figure it out.

Know that you can drag a video clip onto the Make Comp icon at the bottom of the project window and AE will make a comp that matches the footage. You can then check the frame rate in the comp settings.
