I've been following Andrew Kramer's tutorial on slideshows at http://library.creativecow.net/articles/kramer_andrew/slideshows/video-tuto... . I am following it exactly as far as I can tell, but it's not working. The approach is to add effects to one layer and then copy/paste the effects and their associated keyframes to all the other layers. This should be as easy as highlighting them, then hitting cmd-C, highlighting the layers to paste to and then hitting cmd-V. This seems so simple I can't imagine what I'm doing wrong. When I do this, the effects themselves are copied but the keyframes end up out of sync. For example, Layer 1's keyframes happen when Layer 2 plays, layer 2's keyframes when Layer 3 plays, etc.

Any thoughts?

john

Check you CTI ( Current Time Indicator) in the Timeline while pasting the key frames.

The set of key frames will start from the point where you CTI is placed.

That was the problem. It's the little things that get you!

Thank you!
