Hey guys,

I've been searching ever where on how to do this certain effect as seen here starting at 0:28. It's like a wireframe shape that is tracked to objects in the footage that constant morphs.

the morphing wireframes are also seen in games like Assassin's Creed

any idea on how to do this or any tutorials like it?

Most likely it's done using Plexus

Glad I was able to help. Plexus is pretty cool, you can create some really interesting effects with it.
