Element 3D: Transformers test

Hello guys!
I made a video using the Element 3D (After Effects plugin).
So, I imported some Transformers (Iron Hide and Shockwave) into Element...
And I want to know your opinion.
What do you think, what can I do better next time?

Thanks in advance,
Anderson.

Very nice looking stuff!

Its kind of strange not seeing them move at all, but of course thats one of the understood aspects of Element in AE. Limited animation capabilities.

Thanks for your comment! :D

Unfortunately yes. We can't, for example, move arms and legs like a rigged character :(

I feel like they are too shiny and that the reflections don't match the environment.

Also, as a comp note, the black levels in them is too dark and blue compared to the background. I'm looking at the wide shot at 40 seconds. The transfomer on the left has too much contrast. They also need contact shadows to sit them into the plate.

It's a good test of Element though.
