Yes you can - it's the ole technique of linking a 2D point to a 3D point using Layer Transformations or known more popularly as "the toComp Expression".
You should first be aware that the Clone Tool provides two position points: (1) source and (2) target. Clone Position found within the Stroke Options section pertains to the source point while the Position property found within the Transform: "Clone name" section relates to the target position for the Clone Stamp Tool.
If you've already generated a solved camera and a tracking Null then linking another 2D Null to the tracking Null works with the following Expression -
// start script
// this script, placed in the position property links a 2D point to a //3D point
L = thisComp.layer("Track Null 1");
Now all you need to do is to find another solved point for either the Clone Source or the Clone Target positions. FWIW, folks usually get confused with which of the clone position properties relate to the source and target - a useful mnemonic is Source comes before Target; just like the alphabet where "S" comes before "T". So the first position property you encounter will be for Clone Source.
