Hi CC,

I've got a situation where I'm trying to have a smoke effect cascade down a subject then hit a floor and change direction.

Is there an AE preset that can assist me with this?

I've got 'air' doing great stuff, and I've got 'bounce' creating the turn, but I can't create smoke in a turbulent web and bend it using the same particle engine at the same time.

What does one do when this happens?

Thanks for reading. :)

You can try using a second particle generator or use a distortion technique like in this tutorial:

My character emitting the particles is standing still for the most part so this should work well I think.

Thanks for the tip!
