Hello.

I've stacked with a heavy branched project.
Two project windows in After Effects would be so handy in my case.
Is there some way to manage it?

Andrey

You can create multi-folders and import multiple projects into a single project, but there isn't a way to have multiple project windows in AE.

If you mean two preview and timeline windows at the same time, you can if you have all projects imported in a master project. Open one comp, lock the preview window and double click on the second comp to open a separate preview window. You can then drag and position the preview window and the timeline panel for the second comp to a second monitor or position them (one by one) side by side or top -bottom with the initial comp.

I haven't noticed "lock" function in my preview window.
Can you point me where it is?

So, is it possible?

I'm working on 15 infographic videos, all in one project. Would be mighty useful if I could have multiple project windows - just like in Premiere.

Alas, it is no possible.

I used some AEscripts script, that helped to import and update already built folder branch of footage on pc. That eased some things a little bit.
