it is possible to send data to mysql tabel from javascript using php. Or perhaps any other way. Is it possible to do so from adobe after effects.

Yes, but PHP would be the main gatekeeper. Installing an AMP (Apache, MySQL, PHP) server on most computers is super easy.

Javascript could be used to "visit" an internal URL which is programmed to post a PHP command. You can pass string data in the URL with the ampersand (&) appended to the end if I recall correctly.

As to if it's possible from After Effects, it should be in theory. The scripting engine ExtendScript ises is javascript with some additional commands... I don't think they stripped out any javascript functionality like URL redirects but I could be wrong.
