After Effects CS6 Random Lines Render Problem
by Barrett Kaufman on Aug 11, 2012 at 4:40:24 am
Although I have been quite happy with Adobe's CS6 suite, After Effects has been giving me some real problems on the rendering side. Here are to pictures showing the problem. Notice the strange bar on the top and bottom of the pictures below.
There are a couple key points I want to point out about this issue.
1. The bars do not show up at a common point in time among different renders
2. Their location is random. Although they tend to show up at the top and bottom of the picture, they regularly show up towards the middle of the screen.
3. They do not show up on every render. I would guess they show just over half the time.
4. They only stay for one frame (although at times there are multiple lines at different points in time).
Here are some of the details for each of the two shots for which the above pictures are from.
Clip for picture #1
Time: 2:06 (two seconds and six frames)
Other notes: There is 1 Mask and some motion tracking.
Clip for picture #2
Time: 20:06 (twenty seconds and six frames)
Other notes: Utilizing the "Warp Stabilizer" in order to smoother camera movement.
This is obviously a problem that cannot continue since AE is a huge part of my work. I really appreciate any insight you can provide on this problem.
Please let me know if there is any additional information I can provide.
