Avid (DNxHD) to RedCine-X (DPX) to After Effects (for DCP)

I'm new to After Effects and I'm trying to get my Red short film prepared for a DCP out. I did an offline (DNxHD 36) - online (DNxHD 175) with RedCine-X Pro and Avid MC6.
I'm masking 2.39 so I did a bunch of headroom reframes and rudimentary camera stabilization using Avid's Resize filter.
Now I'm considering a 2K DCP for film festivals, which MC/DNxHD doesn't support, and I'm wondering if there's a way to keep these Avid Resize filter settings when I go from Avid to After Effects CS6. I tried Exporting an AAF from Avid and then using Pro Import in AE - I got some frame weirdness, with some of the Resize filters working and others not - any tips there?
Even if I manage to bring my get this import working perfectly, Resize filters and all, is there a way to 'unlink' these DNxHD files and then link back to either r3d or a 2K DPX?
And then the final step would be OpenDCP or CineAsset...thoughts?
