I'm trying to do a scene in whicn the camera is underwater, facing towards the water surface, and through it the moon is visible . Any ideas how to do such thing? I found tons of tutorials about underwater but non about the water surface underwater..

Fractal noise is one of my favorite tools for creating water. You can layer several instances of it to create some really great "bump" maps that you can use to drive displacement maps or the cc glass effect.
