I need a wiggle that is not random since I want to make a tree moving to the beat. Is there an expression to do this? It needs to rotate between -20 and 20 every 1,168 sec.

Instead of using wiggle(), you can use Math.sin() or Math.cos() to generate sine or cosine waves.

You could also create one set of keyframes, then use LoopOut("cycle").
