I am animating some shots in After Effects and have a resolution question: Stop motion figures are photographed and imported into AE, so they are quite high res images. I'm planning to do camera moves (push ins, etc) in AE so I'm animating figures head to toe but the high res quality enables me to push into a head shot and still have plenty of resolution so it doesn't pixilate. Of course, the comps can't be exported full size or they would be huge. Any advice on export settings for such comps so they can be edited in Premiere Pro?

I would set your comp sizes to either 1920x1080 or 2048x1024 (common sizes for 1920 HD and 2k film, respectively) and then scale your images within those comps. Push-in moves and punched in shots will still draw from the full resolution of the original source media, so the smaller comp sizes won't lose you any potential resolution when enlarging things. Then you can export at those dimensions and Premiere should have no problem with the files.

Thanks, I'll give that a shot.
