Ada SablaAfter Effect rendered footage issues

I have problem with footage that I have rendered for my client.
On my clients PC the video plays with bugs that I cant see on my Mac.

I have made an animation video and rendered it to h.264 and mpeg2 and other formats.
On my Mac it displays without problems.
But my client sais that at some parts of the video there are for example pixelerated areas or some colorated messes (I don't havea word for it).
I ll show it in screenshots in link below.

I have rendered it multiple times to various formats but he sais that it displays different issues in each (all) rendered videos I've sent him all of those.
All were okay on my Mac, but with pixel-bugs on clients PC.

I tried one render version on my friends PC
- on Ubuntu it crashes at one point
- on windows at that exact part was slowed down fps
(- on my Mac still no problems)

Then I tried to render it as QuickTime with h.264 codec. This rendered footage I have pur into AE and rendered again to normal h.264 format.
I tried this render version on friend's PC PC
- on windows no problem
(- on my Mac still no problems)

I have sent it to client and he has some problems again.
Here are his and my screenshots, there you can see what exactly I'm talking about:

I would upload the video here so you can see, but I can't cos it's confidential.

Please, do you know what to do with it?
I don't know where is the problem. Codec or rendering... wtf...

This is just something that I have no idea how to fix because I cant even see the bug on my machine.

I would be very grateful for any advice.
