I have a Quicktime file that is 1920*1080 wit a Animation codec and I would like to convert it to a .ts or .mpg file MPEG-2 video and MPEG Layer , 48000Hz Stereo(LR) wit a Data rate of 15 mbits/s.
I have used Compressor, FFMPEGX, MPEG Streamclip, iSkysoft Media Converter
Im not sure how to input the 15 mbps. The client has asked for these exact requirements and keeps sending back every render as wrong.
You might not be able to do it with your existing software. The maximum bit rate on a DVD -- which uses mpeg 2 video is 7 mbits/sec. A lot of mpeg encoders won't go beyond that. Have you futzed with the bit rate settings in your curent ones?
You may have to look at Telestream's Episode or Episode Pro. Pro will do just about anything you ask of it.
