Hi there,

My goal is to overlay a pre-comp on some video footage. The footage is of a guy holding a screen, where the screen is what I want to replace. I managed to get an OK first attempt at tracking, and playing around with it a bit more I managed to get a bit better track. Now I have another problem, because the guy holding the screen is moving slightly, the track has a wobble that isn't quite to the same wobble as the mans hands and is very noticeable.

What I'm asking here is whether there is a way of selecting an amount of keyframes, and then averaging them, so you get maybe 3 frames at the end? E.g I select 30 frames and set the average, so I now get one key frame at the start (frame 0), middle (frame 15) and end (frame 30) which has taken the average movement in value over the whole 30 frames. This will hopefully be able to take out the wobble on my track and get a smoother track

Or, is there an easier/better way of getting a smooth track?

If you're just trying to smooth the motion, you can use the Smoother or the smooth expression method.
