Just make the f-curve for your animation match the graph you posted. You can do it in the graph editor or set your first keyframe to ease out, alt + double-click it and enter a value of around 60-100 for the outgoing influence.

Also, sometimes it makes things clearer in the graph editor if you right click on the camera's position parameter and separate the x,y,z, values.
