i've been struggling with this for a while, maybe there's an easy workaround but I couldn't find it so far.
How can I transform a shape layer's gradient fill start or end point position value into world space?
I believe the catch comes from the shape layer's way of handling with groups, shapes, etc., whose actually have their own transformations throughout an independent hierarchy, just above the day to day layers and comps system. Am I right?
My main goal here is to drive these gradient points through nulls because when the gradient is applied to a group instead of a shape or path, the handler points are no longer visible. Using nulls instead of the regular points also adds flexibility and when the project turns out more complex.
