Maya to AE null rotation issue.

So my issue is I have built a 3d sceen which has rotating blocks with nulls keyed to match each block rotation, so I can add video to the face of each block. I rendered this animation out and are doing a composite in AE. I imported the rendered files and the Maya file into AE so that I get my null and camera animation. All animation was baked in maya. Everything work great minus the rotation on the nulls. The blocks rotate 180 degrees on the y axis, but this does not do the same on the the nulls in AE. They rotate to 90 then flip 180 degrees in the x and z axis and then rotates back to zero. Which throws my whole animation of the video off. I realize that in Ae I could correct the animation, but I would be doing it on over 75 shots that have almost the same animation. Is there a way to corect this translation issue.
