I dont really know much about hardware and am moving to PC, and its being so confusing to what to get... anyway, I got a quote with

2 x Gigabyte nVidia GTX560 SC 1GB as the guy said that would be ideal for after effects and 3d (cinema 4d).

I got no idea, i dont know anyone using two i dont think what you guys think? I also know i can patch the 560 to work with premieres acceleration thingo no problems.

The guts of the PC are:

Intel Core i7 2600,16GB RAM
64GB SSD, 8TB HDD
1000W ANTEC QUATTRO PSU

The GPU matters very little for After Effects, so it really doesn't matter how you set the hardware up. Whatever you get and configure for Cinema 4D will be more than enough for After Effects. Don't give the GPU a second thought with regard to After Effects.
