I've got a video of someone using an ipad and we've got a solid green colour on the ipad screen, like a green screen. I'm trying to figure out where to go in After Effects CS5 to get another video to play inside this 'green screen' area only (on the ipad). Any help would be much appreciated!

You will need to motion track your footage and apply the tracking data to your screen contents so that they move with the screen: [link] You'll probably need to do corner pin tracking and use 4 tracking points on the four corners of the screen. Or, possibly, use Mocha.

After that, you will need to have your original footage on top of your screen contents and key out the green so anything passing in front of the screen passes in front of your contents: [link]

Thanks very much, Michael. I will give that a try.
