Hi,
I'm trying to create a kind of wave transition. Here's what I'm trying to do (0:47):

I have to do the exact same effect(like when the eifel tour turns blue in the smurf trailer) Does anyone know how I could do this effect ?

Thanks !

The link you provided isn't working for me.

It looks like a displacement effect. FreeFormAE or the good ole' Displacement should do the trick.

It's not as nice as in the teaser with the displacement effect, but it's quite similar.

Thanks

I think FreeFormAE will provide a nicer (read more interesting) displacement since it does 3D displacement. Take note that a lot of the look you get will depend on the displacement map that you apply.

Yeah.. I'm sure it would be better with FreeForm but I don't have it and I can't buy it right now.. I will do the best I can with displacement map. Thanks for your help.

FreeForm was one of the 3rd party plugins that Adobe bundled with CS4 and CS5. It may have been named Digieffects FreeForm as they were marketing the said product then.
