saving as swf file

I'm fairly new to after affects but i got the basics down when it comes to rendering or exporting my project, I'm having an issue though, for some reason when i save my animation as a swf file my animation doesn't have the effects in it, like twitch or any other but if i save it in other formats like MOV, it shows up just fine.

What comes through in a SWF file is very limited. See this page.
