For AE native plugins and AE workings in general you will not notice any difference with any of those cards since AE does not use the GPU for faster renders/processing. However, if you use any of the new generation 3d plugins for AE, like ShapeShifter AE or FreeForm Pro, a good graphics card will make a difference. Also, if you use Premiere Pro, more Cuda cores will give you faster results. So it's a matter of what you need. If you just use AE and none of the 3d plugins or Premiere, invest in more RAM and get a cheaper card. If not, the gtx580 looks like a better choice.

...and for RAM, get 16 GB to increase AE speed. If you can put more in, even better.

Ted, of course, is correct: you don't buy a graphics card to speed AE rendering, you almost always buy it to help OTHER applications.

You DO buy lots of RAM to speed up AE, and you only have 8GB. I would get more.

is corsaire brand suitable?

if i am sensitive. because graphic cart and cpu and MB and all of pc is very more expensive than real cost in my country. gtx580 in my country is 820$
cpu core i7 2600k is 390$ and oll af them is very expensive

You don't HAVE to have 16 GB RAM. You can work with 8GB, but you will work slower. It's your choice.
