Has anyone heard of a way to Chromakey while restricting the screen size? For example green letters on a shirt will not be affected but bigger green screen will. Or in my case I need a maximum screen size, so that only little green objects get replaced and the screen does not.

Who says you have to key off green? People also key off chroma key blue, too, which sounds exactly like what you need in this case.

Duplicate your green screen layer. Draw a mask around the area you want to keep. Key the original layer and the masked layer will stay intact.
