I was just wondering, what files do I need to save or backup so that when After Effects inevitably does screw up and I have to trash my Preferences file, I don't have to keep recreating my Workspaces and settings and other fine tuning to After Effects that I do all the time.
It's so annoying to get all of that working the way you want, only to have to delete your preferences and have to start from scratch.
