I used the Camera Tracker to track a shot and have started compositing some elements into it. My problem is that the perspective of my scene camera doesn't match the perspective of my footage. Here is a screen shot showing the difference.

The forward wall is the one being composited. The bottom lines match up but the further up you get, the more it doesn't match. How do I change my camera to remedy this? Is there anything I can do to solve a new camera that doesn't have this error.

Looks like a lens distortion issue. Sort out the Lens Distortion with Optics Compensation prior to tracking.
