I edited a movie in After Effects and I set the format to be H.264. The result file is in m4v with an additional wav (audio) file. When I play the video, it has no sound. How could I integrate audio and video together?

Basically, the m4v file only contains visual and the wav file contains only audio. Is there anyway to render m4v file with sound? I have tried other formal (like avi, or mp4) they work perfectly fine with sound. However, I would like to have my file in m4v file because the quality of the image is very good and the file size is small. The avi file size is too big, so i dont want. I have tried rendering in normal h.264 formal (not the blu-ray), resulting in a tiny mp4 file, but the quality of the image is not so good.

So.. please suggest me the way to render a video to H.264-bluray formal with sound in a single file. Having seperate audio and video files is not practical when I have to present the video. :(

It is better to use Adobe Media Encoder to prepare assets for Bluray.

Following is a Bluray workflow for Premiere:
