We are working on a short film, less than 5 minutes. We edited in Premiere, imported the files straight into After Effects, did some work there and then exported directly from AE.
We get a problem: at certain moments, something happens which looks like wrong field order. Frames change their places in a weird way, looks like the actors are moving back and forth really fast.
Every time we export, this happens at different moments in the movie.
When we exported each scene separately, there were no such problems. (Each scene is an AE composition, and we put them together in an AE project).
We also tried exporting at really low quality, so that we are sure that the mac can handle it, and we had the same problem.
We are exporting for youtube, the format is H264.
Can anyone help with this issue? Or suggest a better way to export?

What version of AE are you using, and what is codec of your footage?
