I'm trying get this result,
Workflow at this moment has been cloner of rounded edges cubes, soft body tag, and random effector, but I need to give unique shape deformation for each one.
Does anyone knows any tutorial or thread with info about it?

giving that automatically will get you that desired pattern, since every time they have a triangle shape the next one seems to be more trapezoidal, implying that the deformation was added after placement. I'm guessing this was done with a manual push/pull and then an overall noise deform.
