I have cloned objects all using Spline Wrap to grow in a circle. When rendering a preview frame in the viewport, my textures are just as I would like them, but upon rendering out the sequence the textures aren't working properly. I think I've narrowed this down to subsurface scattering being the issue.
It appears that this is an R13 issue. I opened the same scene file on a newer version of C4d and everything works. The thing with R13 is that SSS doesn't have the additional controls that R15 has in regards to the 'Direct' and 'Cache' modes for SSS. You'll want to choose the best method that goes with your SSS path length and renders will correspond with that.
