Multiple Textures on Cloned Cubes?

I have a video texture mapped over a cloner, its working great but I want to know if there's a way to attach another texture to the back/sides of the cloned cubes. I saw a tutorial that said if you switch the material mapping to Flat then that will work... but it doesn't.

if you had planes not cubes front/back would work as the plane has one side front and one side back. With a cube the entire outside of the cube is front and the inside is back so it won't work but you can use poly selections with the cube object to do the same thing
