Rendering Alpha Channel without Physical sky

I'm doing a school project on C4D, and I created a physical sky to light my objects properly. Only thing is, when I render and in the render settings allow alpha channel, is still renders the sky. When turning off the sky, the objects are lit way diffrently. Any suggestions on how I could render the light on the objects, but not the sky itself?
