Noise Diffusion Question

I applied a noise texture to the diffusion attribute of a material. When I animate a camera and move around the scene in the final render, the noise moves and acts like white noise on a TV screen. It moves/animates every frame. Is there a way to make it static to the texture? I want it to be planted on the actual object to look like its apart of the material/object and not constantly moving.

which noise are you using? Other than the old Random noise (gone now) nothing animates, as far as I know, unless you set the Animation Speed to something greater than 0 or set the Movement/Speed to non-zero values...
